This device uses industrial CCD cameras and image-based technology for precise counting and size identification of steel balls.
Main Features
- Uses a dual-gray threshold algorithm for binarized image processing of the acquired steel ball images
- Sets a pixel threshold range; the number of independent pixel groups that meet the pixel threshold range is the number of steel balls
- Steel balls above/below the set threshold are considered large/small balls
- Removes interference such as light source projection, oil droplets, and vibrations that may occur during the process, ensuring stable production
