Grenada Gantry & Robot Dual-Station Composite Material Ultrasonic Testing Equipment
Category:
GrenadaComposite UT Equipment
Product Description
This composite material ultrasonic testing system features parallel gantry and robot dual stations. Integrated with conventional UT through-transmission and phased array pulse-echo technologies, it enables automatic scanning of curved, rotary and cylindrical components.
Main Features
- Parallel Dual-Station Inspection: Parallel operation of dual stations. Robot for special-shaped rotary parts and gantry for curved parts, ensuring high inspection throughput.
-Multi-Axis Contour Following: Multi-axis synchronized mechanical scanning adapts to complex profiles with accurate positioning.
-Conventional UT & Phased Array Dual Modes: Combined conventional UT and phased array, pulse-echo / through-transmission, high sensitivity to micro defects.
-High Gain & Wide Dynamic Range: 0–120 dB gain, ≥110 dB dynamic range, 24-bit sampling for stable signals.
-Modular Quick-Change Probes: Fast swap of conventional, radius and flanged probes via modular fixtures; multi anti-collision protection ensures safe operation.
-Closed-Loop Water Circulation: Two-stage filtration with UV sterilization, flow & pressure stabilization, clean steady water supply and long durability.
