Product Description

The ultrasonic ring crawler is a new type of portable detection device specifically designed for ultrasonic flaw detection of ring components.

Main Features

- Integrates ultrasonic flaw detection technology and wireless transmission technology.

- Two sets of probes are used for simultaneous detection of the ring roller surface and the ring end face.

- Each probe block can be installed with two different types of probes to cover different depths of the product.

- Remote monitoring and operation are achieved through wireless or wired connections, allowing real-time viewing of detection data, control of the crawler's movement trajectory, and adjustment of detection parameters.
