- A pixel threshold range is set, and the number of independent pixel clusters that meet this threshold range represents the count of steel balls.
- Steel balls that exceed/fall below the set threshold are classified as large/small balls.
- Interferences such as light source projections, oil droplets, and vibrations that may be encountered during the process are removed to ensure production stability.
