Western Sahara Ultrasonic testing of blade composite materials
Category:
Western SaharaComposite UT Equipment
Product Description
This device uses an immersion-type opposing-beam method for detection and can automatically scan single-curved and double-curved parts.
Main Features
- Uses an immersion-type opposing-beam method, enabling automatic scanning of composite materials with single-curved and double-curved surfaces.
- For the needs of composite material surface detection, the entire machine uses a five-axis linkage CNC system to ensure that the probe is always perpendicular to the workpiece surface.
- Equipped with stable and reliable MulChoView ultrasonic testing software (developed by ChenTong), compatible with conventional ultrasonic testing and phased array ultrasonic testing.
- Supports manual or assisted defect identification functions and can automatically generate inspection reports.
- Equipped with offline programming and simulation software to improve detection efficiency and accuracy.
