Product Description
The production line comprises a demagnetizer, roller cleaning machine, inspection and sorting equipment, a standalone oiling machine, and necessary connecting mechanisms. It collects incoming material data, including roller types, raw material grades and heat numbers, heat treatment batches, quantities, etc. The data can be input manually or through scanning. The feeding system and inspection system are equipped with reserved Profinet communication ports, allowing for integration with digital systems such as MES or ERP in the user's factory.
