This equipment can automatically sort, arrange, and pack cylindrical rollers of larger specifications. It is mainly suitable for cylindrical rollers with a diameter of 20mm-50mm and a length of 20mm-80mm.
The equipment can be set to a single diameter measurement mode or a single length measurement mode, or it can be set to a dual-parameter measurement mode. The measuring components use products from Keyence of Japan and mature products from the United States. Measurement accuracy can be manually modified according to customer requirements.
Suitable for size sorting of high-requirement railway locomotive and passenger car bearing rollers. Using suction cups to handle rollers avoids scratches and bumps during the sorting process.
The robotic arm transports the rollers to the corresponding trolley according to the precision grade after sorting. The precision grade of the rollers can be customized by the customer.
