The roller loading and unloading machine is a fully automatic roller loading and unloading machine launched by our company. This equipment can automatically load and unload CRB, TRB, and SRB rollers, improving production efficiency.
Tray handling: Using a platform lifting method, it reduces the requirements for the accuracy of the trolley positioning and the manufacturing cost. The tray uses a two-stage telescopic mechanism to reduce the size of the equipment.Roller placement: Using a three-axis servo module drive, it has high positioning accuracy and fast action.
Handling efficiency: Rollers are picked up using suction cups to avoid scratches. The base is welded with square tubes and gold-baked paint, and the upper protection is made of profiles. The material trolley has a reserved traction interface.
