This device can automatically sort, tray, and pack larger cylindrical rollers. It is mainly suitable for cylindrical rollers with a diameter of 20mm-50mm and a length of 20mm-80mm.
This device uses an industrial CCD camera based on image technology for precise counting and size identification of steel balls.
This device provides a complete visual unordered picking solution for rings, sleeves, and other precision-machined products.
Fully automatic roller production line
This production line includes a demagnetizer, roller cleaning machine, detection and grouping equipment, oiling unit, and the necessary connecting mechanisms. Raw material data collection includes rolling element model, raw material grade and furnace number, heat treatment batch, and quantity, with both manual input and scanning input modes available. The feeding system and detection system have reserved Profinet communication ports for connection to the user's factory MES or ERP digital systems.
Fully automatic ring production line
Operators push the inner and outer rings into the robot loading area. The robot uses 3D vision to identify the ring's position and picks up the rings to load them onto the gantry. The gantry picks up the workpiece to load and unload the machine tool. After the inner ring is processed, it can be sent to the end-of-line buffer; it can also be sent to the outer ring line via a transfer line for UT detection and buffered at the end of the outer ring line. After the outer ring is processed, it is sent to the end-of-line buffer.
This device is suitable for automated high-precision flaw detection of finished or semi-finished steel balls
